There are moments when life can feel like a whirlwind, leaving you feeling helpless in the face of events and circumstances beyond your control. It’s perfectly normal to be uncertain about how to navigate these challenges and to find the daily grind overwhelming. Embarking on a therapeutic journey during such times can be a daunting prospect, as placing trust in someone new can stir up feelings of anxiety.

In these moments, I approach therapy with a deep sense of compassion and empathy. I follow an integrative and personalized approach, one that centers on comprehending you as a unique and multifaceted individual, complete with your own set of needs, desires, and aspirations. My aim is to cultivate a nurturing and respectful relationship with you, serving as a guide to help you gain a profound insight into yourself and your life circumstances. I utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques and approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Feminist Therapy, and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy.

My commitment is to provide you with a secure, comforting, and equitable space where you can freely express yourself. I approach our sessions with curiosity, aiming to assist you in exploring the paths that resonate with your innermost desires. This process not only aids in gaining a better understanding of yourself but also empowers you to take agency over your life, fostering growth and healing along the way.

At Therapy Villa, I provide services under the supervision of Ms. Niyati Gandhi, M.A., C.Psych.
